rates and charges
Ambulance & Driver £47.00 per hour for total time committed to transport, base to base.
plus £0.60 per mile, total miles run, base to base.
Additional Crew Member £13.00 per hour, as above.
Waiting time £13.00 per hour, per crew member.
If our passenger needs lifting or moving up or down stairs an accurate weight will be required on booking and we reserve the right to change, postpone or cancel the booking if the circumstances are not consistent with those given at the time of booking. In this instance a charge will still be made for time and miles taken as detailed.
Cancellation Charges
Schedules are confirmed at 6.00pm for the following day’s transport. Administration costs are recovered with a single charge of £22.00 after this time. Otherwise, charges for cancellation are related to time and mileage and not less than.
